The ID Card Adverts hit the road

Ladies and Gentlemen I present you the latest weapon in the war to carry on where Hitler was forced to leave off.
Notice the veiled threat in these adverts - No BRITISH ID CARD, No Alcohol and No Entry. Conning the public into thinking they must pay £30 to prove what they already know, that they are over 18, and which they can readily prove by paying by credit card since NO FINANCIAL ORGANISATION EVER GAVE OUT A CREDIT CARD TO ANYONE UNDER 18
I recall Nick Griffin's remrks at the West Wales EU Election Road Show, where he said to TV Cameras that bizarrely failed to carry his words to the nation, that they call us a fascist party but it is the Government led first by Tony Blair and now by Gorson Brown who wish to take us back to the days when you could be stopped in the dead of night as you walked home from the pub by a policeman demanding to see your papers, please.
And so the first adverts for the new Identity Cards have appeared on bus shelters in the North of England and people I know have received forms through their door asking if they want to apply.
Now is it just me being a suspicious bastard or is it no coincidence that on the Immigration and Passport Service website where these cards and the application forms to get one appear, the url is http://www.ips.gov.uk/cps/rde/xchg/ips_live/hs.xsl/1394.htm
WHAT is the significance of the "CPS" in that url ? Crown Prosecution Service perhaps ? I mean, in my day when I "needed" to prove I was 18 all I ever handed over was my all-green driving licence with no bloody photo at all, and we only fingerprinted criminals and suspected criminals. But I suppose that is the point isnlt it.
Now at the same time as the ads hit bus shelters they also started appearing on Facebook (and, quaintly, so has the Facebook Group demanding "they" - meaning the people behind Facebook - get those adverts off the site). Well I'm sorry to say it people but if you think clicking a mouse on a buttonthat says "join this group" is going to make these bloody things go away you have another think coming. For the fact is there is only ONE way to make sure those cards never see the success Tony and Gordon hoped they could sucker us into accepting. And that is to vote for me and the others who stand under our party's ticket in the coming weeks.
Oh yes. Did anyone else notice that the image I linked to on the Identity Card website mysteriously vanished ? Nice try but I think the chap smiling for the camera makes my point far better than the original. And as they still have th estaff poster I'll take that too.
