The Establishment Jackals of the Gutter Press try to entrap Nick Griffin MEP BNP
The shorts wearing Jackal
Take a look at the guy on the right in the image clocking me clocking him. He was one of the many of The Establishment Jackals of the gutter press who I had occasion to cross swords with yesterday.
But the reason why I point out this particular creature is to highlight what a slimy and stupid bunch of cretins they are and how they lie to try and get a story that would damage the British National Party.
On arriving outside the Courts, the guy in the image approached me very friendly and pointed out to me that in view of the fact that the RAF were doing a fly past shortly to Salute the Veterans of the Battle of Britain there might be a photo opportunity. You saw one of the images we managed to capture in this article here.
He then pointed out to me (and later other people he thought he could fool) that there was a statue of Bomber Harris just a short walk away and wouldn't it be a wonderful photo opportunity if I could ask the chairman of the British National Party to be photographed next to it.
I replied politely that I would see what I could do but I knew that had I approached the Chairman with that suggestion he would have burst out laughing at the duplicity of the gutter press. Here is the real story that the jackal was after but first a bit of history for the younger readers.
This statue of the infamous ‘Bomber’ Harris was greeted with a hostile reaction when first erected in 1992. This was due to the mixed feelings about Sir Arthur Harris, who was responsible for the indiscriminate bombing policies on German cities during World War II. Although his widespread bombing helped win the war, he as criticised for his lack of remorse at the death of civilians and his own men. The statue, which is located outside St Clement Dane’s RAF church, had to be kept under 24 hour guard for a period of months as it was often vandalised.
Here is a portion of the transcript of the interview between Adam Boulton and Nick Griffin MEP that was aired on Sunday 18th October 2009. Some of us fortunately have long memories.
ADAM BOULTON:
The problem is that at the same time that you mention the RAF, you are saying that the bombing of Dresden was mass murder, so you are praising the courage and sacrifice of the SS but …
NICK GRIFFIN:
War is murder, the bombing of Coventry was mass murder, the bombing of Dresden was mass murder.
ADAM BOULTON:
… but you are praising their courage aren’t you?
NICK GRIFFIN:
When I say that the bombing of Dresden was mass murder, of course it was, hundreds of thousands of people died there as they did in the bombing of Coventry, the bombing of London, that’s mass murder. That’s why we should avoid war, we should be avoiding the Labour party’s war in Afghanistan, we should certainly not get involved in a war in Iran which the Labour party and the Tories want to get us into, because all war is murder, it is all better avoided.
I will let you imagine some of the Headlines supported by an image of what the jackal requested would have generated and I can only guess at the money the jackal would have earned from the photo he would have taken.
Later of course, his conversation had an effect in my response to a request from a pack of jackals asking that I move our camera crew so they could have a clear shot of the Chairman leaving the court, when I replied, that the BNP moves aside for none and that they would go where they please, they were not impressed at this lack of respect to the agents of the Establishment.
I also pointed out to the jackals that because of the lies they publish about the BNP, that we hated them. That of course was wrong. It is wrong to hate and it was wrong of me to to use the word "hate" - I should have used the word "despise" but after the actions of the jackal above, you can understand why I despise them and perhaps reacted out of character.
But I must confess, it was fun to see the pack lift their cameras as one and click away like maniacs at the guy in the hat who had just put them in their place. I really do despise them.
