Below are the number of nominations received for each candidate in the recent BNP Leadership challenge with a turnout of 29%.

Although 29% might seem a low turnout, it must be remembered that the official nomination form stated that if you were content with Nick Griffin remaining as Leader of the BNP, there was no need to return the form thus showing a minimum support for the chairman of at least 80% of the party membership.

  1. Mr Nick Griffin MEP 995
  2. E. Butler 214
  3. Mr Richard Barnbrook 23
  4. Mr Derek Adams  4

None of the would be challengers managed to gather enough support for the leadership challenge to move to a full vote of the membership.

I am sure that Butler will be screaming "foul" but who cares what lies he comes out with next.  The members have spoken and democracy rules.  As always, the BNP moves on.

But you must remember this.  How many of those few people who nominated Butler, responded to his appeals to sign his nomination papers, not because they supported him but because, as he himself pointed out on his site, that a nomination for him would be a nomination of support for Leadership Challenges in general.

So how much support did he really have?  Very little I suspect.

But it is done now and the loyal members of the British National Party must now draw closer together and move forward behind the Leader of the BNP, Mr Nick Griffin MEP.

Another interesting piece of news is the fact that whilst the back-stabbers were plotting to plunge the dagger into the back of the one man who has done so much for British Nationalism, the EHCR were serving papers on the chairman today.

Have now been formaly served with Equality Commission summons back to court from the high court. Heading leaves no doubt as to their aim: 'Notice to show good reason why an order should not be made for your committal to prison.' thanks for that Mr Phillips. Due back in court sept 7. Yet again a hearing set when they know full well i should be voting in parliament. Totalitarian & petty

The Black Flag guys, show them the Black Flag or else we must fight this battle again next year.

But time now to put it behind us and get back to the real work which is saving Our Country.
