We have to assume Electoral Ballots in this country are as free of tampering and manipulating as any third world country, so it follows a corruption free and democratically elected government by the people is never going to happen. What this means is nothing is going to stop the creeping, cancerous rot that is affecting this country.

Even if it takes a couple of years to collect the necessary donations I feel a fighting fund should be established by all patriotic, loyal and nationalists groups, political pressure groups, small political parties whether they be a one issue party or not, associations loyal to this country, groups such as the Countryside Alliance, BNP UKIP, CIB. English Democrats, Free England, England First and many other fringe groups to reserve the services of a couple of Queen Councillors, a trio of Barristers and a perhaps a brace of solicitors to test the legality in a court of law of the treasonous action by our government, aided and abetted by the Queen who have ratified the EU constitution (Lisbon treaty) which now takes precedence over our own constitution.

No one group has the necessary financial muscle to mount such a challenge in the courts.

The case against the Queen is the flagrant violation of her coronation oath and against our government, a charge of sedition. This case should obviously not be heard in the European courts as it would be a case of Caesar judging Caesar. The Queen appears to be untouchable, unapproachable and unaccountable for her actions.

Treason HAS been committed. Our constitution HAS been violated. If ratifying the European Constitution (Lisbon Treaty) which now brings the UK into line with amongst other things, European Jurisprudence, then our constitution has been changed. Our constitution cannot be changed without a referendum. What is being committed in the UK is being done openly and without challenge and is criminal, illegal and treasonous. It would not take a first year Law student long to realise that the Lisbon treaty is nothing more than a rehash of the EU Draft constitution.

There has to be a referendum to change our constitution in any way. Our political parties cannot decide between themselves on a whim because of who dictates our laws, whether we get one or not. It’s a constitution matter. WHY are we not getting one?

Political differences should be set aside. It might appear as a one issue fight but it is not, the side issue implications are far ranging and staggering, even to the name of England being returned to the map of the United Kingdom, Scottish MP’s being returned to their own Scottish parliament to represent the electorate that voted for them, and people being allowed to call themselves English and NOT forced to be categorised as White British, and to have the same right to have an English Parliament as is the right of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It’s nothing to do with party political rights or wrongs. It should be a bi-partisan testing of the flouting of the constitutional law.

A monumental act of deception is taking place at this very moment which I think is bordering on criminal insanity and is affecting our sovereignty and making a mockery of our self government. The people have no say in their long term future whatsoever.

Our future is being decided by our crooked, narcissistic, expenses fiddling; money bloated, egotistical addicted politicians who in between rorting the taxpayer funded expenses system are deciding our people’s future. One might just as well have inmates from HMP Pentonville or the Mafia deciding the future of this country; the result will be the same. The three main political parties are in collusion and have signed this country up to the hegemony that is the EU, so if an electoral vote was NOT tampered with, again the result is still the same. Even at the ballot box the people are not getting a choice as to who governs them, as all the three main parties loyalty is obligated to the EU.

Europe has no legal right to make or change our laws or to decide the rules on our jurisprudence. It was approximately 23% of the electorate that even bothered to vote at the last election that is NOT a mandate to sell the country piece by piece to a European Federal dictatorship. It was NOT a mandate to open our borders to the third world, to ethically cleanse or force the native people to take ‘white flight’ to escape the violence and social fragmentation that is part of the imported baggage carried by forced Muticulturism.

The colonists then have the audacity to threaten anyone who questions their supposedly God given rights to colonise our country against the wishes of the people, with accusations of Human rights violations.
