Home Sweet Home for the Calais Afghani "asylum seeker"

My thanks are due once again to the mass debaters on "UKDEBATE.CO.UK" for bringing this news to my attention. It seems that the activists of the "No Borders" campaign group have been thwarted by French Police from achieving their aim of setting up yet another replacement for Sangatte within lorry jumping distance of the Port of Calais.

The activists took over the building on Saturday with the intent of opening a new camp in defiance of the Mayor of Calais "who signed an eviction order for a swift resolution lest zealots take up the case". I would have some respect for the woman if she had told the police to arrest, record the details of, and then detain every one of the illegal immigrants that had gathered there before the French moved in. Instead, and with an attitude typical of the French, she ordered the authorities to allow anyone inside to leave to scavenge for food but not return.

So the roads gutters and fields outside Calais are tonight once again crawling with people who have no right to be there trying to break into vehicles to get a free ride here, when in fact they all belong in a french jail along with the councillors (probably friendfs of the said Mayor) recently jailed for operating a smuggling ring.

Can someone explain to me why these activists are not today behind bars with their organisation's funds frozen pending seizure on the grounds that they are providing succour to lawbreakers and suspected terrorists?
