Amber Valley Council spite cost ratepayers £5,000

Amber Valley MPs communist friends march past
Despite there never ever being any previous problems with caravans and camper-vans at the British National Party's annual family festival known as the Red, White and Blue, so driven with spite was Amber Valley Borough Council that they spend £5,000 of ratepayers money in pursing a legal injuction to stop such vehichles being allowed onto the private ground of Alan Warner despite there being no need to.
But the BNP is not one to let an attack pass without fighing back. A Freedom of Information request was made by them and the council was forced to disclose just how much rate payers money they had wasted in carrying out the wishes of the wriggling Red Witch Judy Mallaber the communist MP for the Amber Valley. You can read more about this wriggling red headed red worm here.
Mr Warner, the owner of the land said; "The only reason I didn't sign their injunction was because it said a 'small number' of caravans would be allowed. That could be ten, it could be 20. When the police confirmed it was three I signed up straight away but Amber Valley jumped the gun.
"It is unbelievable really, costing the ratepayers all this money."
Mr Warner says he has now submitted an application to Amber Valley Borough Council applying for permission to site 40 caravans on his land next summer.
I wonder what The Establishment will come up with next year to try and disrupt next years RWB. Do not be surprised if they have a sudden case of Foot n Mouth and have to have an exclusion zone around just one place. Alan Warner's land.
