Up above is the image of the legal document that has been sent to the Chairman and Leader of the British National Party, Nick Griffin MEP. You can read it it in full or download from Scribd by clicking here.
In it, the rotten, corrupt and tool of The Establishment, the Commission for Equality and Human Rights that is led by the black marxist adulterer, Trevor Phillips are trying to get Mr Griffin jailed for contempt of court, for stating that he will defend the rights of the indigenous population - that means the True British People and of course means white people. Phillips hates white people - with the exception of his trophy white mistress.
The document is headed "Notice to Show Good Reason why an Order for your Committal to Prison Should Not be Made".
Now it does not matter if you support the British National Party or not, if you believe in Freedom of Speech and support democracy then on Tuesday 7th September you should be outside the Royal Courts of Justice, Central London from 10am onwards.
I would also hope that all BNP members make every effort possible to be there also and show their support and loyalty to this man who is Our Country's only hope and who risks so much for us and our children. Do not let him down.
You can expect more smears and lies from the enemies of the BNP to try and reduce the numbers turning up to support the chairman. Put your two fingers up to them and be there come hell or high water.
Now I and the Welsh Camera Crew will be going to film the event and also do interviews of the many people we hope to see there and also if possible to report live from outside the courts. If that cannot be done we will be updating Bertie Bert with information live to our Paltalk Room.
Now the bit I bloody hate. This sites status is on Amber, having recently paid for an Application to be developed to enable Ipad, Ipod, Itunes owners to view this site whilst on the move. Last month we had over a thousand people visit and read the truth whilst commuting to work and now it is funding the petrol, parking, congestion charges for the camera crew to go to London to bring you the news as it happens. DEFEND FREE SPEECH

Please attend our demonstration in support of BNP leader Nick Griffin,who is facing jail for standing up to Trevor Phillips and co. Time TBC but plan for 10am onwards. With the Commission threat to jail Nick Griffin, this is sure to attract media attention,so a good BNP turnout is vital.

Well not just yet. Because you have to watch the short video of the Chairman of the BNP talking at last weekends super successful Summer School. The clip has been prepared for us by Bertie Bert to give you an idea of what Nick Griffin MEP speaks about in the full video, which can be viewed in full here. In the video the Chairman talks about why it is time for the British People to move from being "Watchers" to people who do things and the offer from the fascist EHCT to drop the charges against the BNP.
We will also be playing the audio in our Paltalk Room at 2000 GMT this evening and having listened to the full speech I urge you to either watch the full video or tune in with us this evening and enjoy listening to this superb speech in the company of kinsmen. In addition, the party’s national treasurer and a member of the new National Scrutiny Committee were on hand with a full copy of the party’s accounts which were open for any delegate to inspect.
Now i have spoken to JOG about the numbers attending and the atmosphere after the classes were over and he said it was absolutely astounding and having attended last years Red, White and Blue I understood exactly what he meant.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the first Family Weekend hosted by the Indigenous Forum, an organisation dedicated to maintaining and preserving our native culture, ethnicity, religious heritage and way of life.
The Indigenous Forum is affiliated to, but independent of, the British National Party.
The first Family Weekend will be a chance for all native people of the British Isles to celebrate their cherished history and way of life, free from the liberal and leftist political correctness that has all but demolished our long held traditions and culture.
The event will take place at a beautiful venue near the Welsh-English border in the West Midlands, not far from Offa’s Dyke.
The event will start at 10am on Saturday 28 August with a children’s sports day, a dog competition, and evening entertainment that will include a celebration of Britain’s patriotic musical past. A hog roast will be provided and a burger stall will be present providing basic refreshments.
On the Sunday there will be an adults’ sports day and a regional tug-of-war competition. The event will end with a keynote speech from myself.
On both days there will be a chance for socialising, informal discussion and various other fun activities.
Please note this is not a conventional Red, White and Blue event. There will not be regional stands or intensive political events, and the emphasis will be on families.
This event provides a fantastic site and the opportunity for people who wish to cherish our culture and who want to develop ways in which to celebrate it involving the next generation.

Dear Fellow Patriot,
During the last year, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), acting on behalf of the British government (of both the Brown and Cameron-Clegg administrations) has been trying to divide, bankrupt and thereby destroy the British National Party.
The action has cost the Party a lot of money. Why? Would it not have been possible to accede to the demands of the EHRC from the outset and avoid the legal costs? It would have been legally possible but not politically possible. There would always have been an element of the membership that would have suspected that we were embracing the changes too willingly and threatened to break away from the Party.
Splinter groups have been trying unsuccessfully to win over those of our members who were unhappy about the changes in the membership criteria. However, the changes were passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting almost unanimously. There were only five votes against and five abstentions. The issue did not divide us.
Despite the Party having complied with the demands of the court, the EHRC is pursuing a further case against our Chairman, claiming that the changes that we had made did not go far enough and that our Chairman was therefore in contempt of court. This is a clear attempt either to bankrupt our party and sequester its assets or to imprison our Chairman or both. This is simply an attempt to ban the British National Party by the backdoor. It is imperative that the Party should unite on this issue, if we are to protect our party from dissolution. Our lawyers must be paid so that they can protect us from this further attack by the EHRC.
The Electoral Commission, another quango, acting on behalf of the British government, has been concerned at the ability of our party to raise such large sums of money during the European elections and afterwards. Our opponents identified Jim Dowson as the person behind our fundraising success and determined to destroy him and his fundraising capabilities.
They could simply have appealed to our supporters to desist from making contributions to the party but that was hardly likely to work. Instead they used the oldest trick in the book: they made unsubstantiated allegations (and in one case a provably false allegation) of financial impropriety. This is an old trick but it does work with naïve and the stupid.
The combination of necessarily high expenditure and falling donations has caused a cash crisis that will last for a few months. I should like to ask you to join me in making a substantial donation each month for an initial period of six months to help the party get back on its feet. I would also like to ask those who are able to make a single substantial donation to the Party to do so.
Our party is the only chance that our nation has of being able saved for our children and grandchildren. If we fail, the British nation will be finished for all time. Please do what you can to prevent the Equality & Human Rights Commission, the Electoral Commission, Searchlight and the old gang parties from destroying our nation forever:

Whoops, I blew it big time. Sorry. I have been asked to point out that this coming weekends Indigenous Forum Family Weekend actually start from midday on Friday 27th August and not midday on Saturday as I originally posted. I have also been given to understand that Friday night there is going to be rather special, so see you there.

Well before I write about the Indigenous Forum Weekend I guess I had better first mention the BNP's Annual Summer School that takes places this coming weekend on 21/22 August.
Now this event is a must for any person who wishes to fully contribute to the growth of the British National Party and needs to learn more about election techniques, media training, the use of computers and then to discuss these skills with knowledgeable people after the training day is over and I must confess I would not have minded attending myself. But I guess my good friend JohnOfGwent will let me know about it all on his return.
However that is not what prompted me to write this article. It was the paragraph in the announcement of the event stating that the course is mandatory for this year's Voting Members and includes qualification to attend regional meetings to debate and submit conference motions. Now that is what I like to read.

The leader of the British National Party, Nick Griffin MEP, has reminded all party supporters that the English Defence League is a proscribed organisation and members are under no circumstances to attend or encourage others to attend any of that group’s meetings.
"The violent thugs of the far-left UAF and the mysterious multi-cultural, anti-Islamic organisation known as the English Defence League between them threaten to spark the Mother of All Riots in Bradford at the end of this month,” Mr Griffin said in a statement. “All British National Party members are reminded that the EDL was declared a proscribed organisation back in September last year, so to attend or to encourage attendance at any of its activities is a disciplinary offence.
“We yield to no-one in our opposition to the Islamification of Britain, and our support for the right to peaceful demonstrations on behalf of any cause, but neither of these causes will be advanced in any way by the EDL,” Mr Griffin said. "I urge our people to use their August weekends coming to the BNP Summer School on 21st - 22nd August and the Indigenous Forum's Family Weekend that replaces the Red-White-and-Blue on 28th - 30th August, because both are constructive responses to the increasing problems caused by mass immigration and Islamism that are likely to spill over into violence in Bradford. "
The proscription of the EDL was announced in a formal statement by then BNP national organiser Eddy Butler in September 2009 as follows: “The reasons for this proscription are that the English Defence League, through its activities, brings nationalist and patriotic politics into disrepute. If the English Defence League is not instigated by and its activities are not encouraged by the state (which it quite possibly is), then the track record of this organisation shows that it is run by people who will only bring discredit and probable arrest for anyone who attends its events. The British National Party does not wish to be associated with the English Defence League in any way whatsoever.”
Speaking today to BNP news, Mr. Griffin confirmed that he has this morning written to Lee Barnes, for several years the head of the BNP Legal Department, removing him from that position on account of his call for all British nationalists to join the EDL demonstration:
"Mr. Barnes is entitled to his opinions, and to urge others to attend, but he cannot do so from a position within the BNP hierarchy. So I have thanked him for his past efforts on our behalf and the sterling service he has rendered the party on a number of occasions, and told him that we have to part company over this issue.
“We cannot risk allowing the media to tar the BNP with the EDL brush, let alone to link us with what could all too easily become a very serious outbreak of disorder and communal violence.
“At times like these, political responsibility ceases to be a pretty slogan on a campaign wish list and becomes an absolute necessity. If people can't see this, and the need to enforce it without fear or favour, then they are menace to everyone, including themselves.
“The job of BNP leader is to take action to safeguard the party, its elected representatives and its members. This is a job I take seriously, hence my decision in this matter, which is now closed."
Bradford BNP Councillor Paul Cromie, who retained his council seat in Queensbury in May despite a ferocious opposition attempt to oust him, has added his weight to the call for our people to be responsible and stay away: "It's everyone's democratic right to demonstrate peacefully. It's why we fought two World Wars. But Bradford doesn't need these people coming in and giving the thugs of the far-left and their anti-British Islamist allies the excuse to kick off the full-scale riot they want to 'radicalise' young Muslims,” Mr Crome said.
“I appeal personally to every single BNP member and supporter: However much you agree with peoples' right to demonstrate peacefully and that the creeping Islamisation of Britain is a danger, stay away from the EDL and from Bradford over the Bank Holiday weekend."
