Would you like to have VBR on your website?
If you would, you can use this code to embed the QuickTime player into your page, you can change the width of the player to fit your page and you must change the source number each week for the new show, I'll show you where, but first here is the code.

So how do I change the show?
Look for the QT_WriteOBJECT line you will see ('.../VBR_16.m4a' all you need to do is change the number to one higher, in this case VBR_16.m4a to VBR_17.m4a after 9 am every Sunday. (This weeks show is number 16)

And how do I change the width?
On the same line of code you will next see two sets of numbers inside single quotes '200', '16', the 200 is the width and the 16 is the height of the controller. Change the number of pixels between the first set of quotes only, leave the height as the show is audio only.

As we still get some readers that have problems with the VBR podcast I thought I would also do an introduction to the podcast.

Also I would like to try and clear up why we are doing the show as a podcast.
