Up above is the image of the legal document that has been sent to the Chairman and Leader of the British National Party, Nick Griffin MEP.  You can read it it in full or download from Scribd by clicking here.

In it, the rotten, corrupt and tool of The Establishment, the Commission for Equality and Human Rights that is led by the black marxist adulterer, Trevor Phillips are trying to get Mr Griffin jailed for contempt of court, for stating that he will defend the rights of the indigenous population - that means the True British People and of course means white people.  Phillips hates white people - with the exception of his trophy white mistress.

The document is headed "Notice to Show Good Reason why an Order for your Committal to Prison Should Not be Made". 

Now it does not matter if you support the British National Party or not, if you believe in Freedom of Speech and support democracy then on Tuesday 7th September you should be outside the Royal Courts of Justice, Central London from 10am onwards. 

I would also hope that all BNP members make every effort possible to be there also and show their support and loyalty to this man who is Our Country's only hope and who risks so much for us and our children.  Do not let him down. 

You can expect more smears and lies from the enemies of the BNP to try and reduce the numbers turning up to support the chairman.  Put your two fingers up to them and be there come hell or high water.

Now I and the Welsh Camera Crew will be going to film the event and also do interviews of the many people we hope to see there and also if possible to report live from outside the courts.  If that cannot be done we will be updating Bertie Bert with information live to our Paltalk Room.

Finally a message to those who say, that now that I am no longer a party member, I should not comment on Party affairs - If you do not like what I say do not visit the site. 

It would not be fair, nor acceptable, to use the Green Arrow site, to produce fantastical or intellectualised articles, burdened with facts and figures more suited to ''Identity Magazine'' or similar outlets, whereby people could read such articles in more relaxed surroundings, and possibly in several parts. Thus, allow me to outline the basics in both comment, and simplistic political format not for the seasoned Nationalist reader, but for those who we know, look in on at regular intervals, and take away something to think about. 

According to the latest figures from one mortgage lender, the average house is now worth 0.9% less than three months ago. As more people lose their jobs, and industry along with the government, continues to talk up some sort of ridiculously small economic growth, and at the same time, warn of a ''Double Dip Recession'', the message is far from clear to the average home owner or rent payer. But we Nationalists are not ''average'' are we? We've been warning of a crash, and related issues for years. Now the British National Party has emerged from a potential coup, and continues on it's path towards becoming a serious contender in British and European politics, an opportunity has been presented to all members and leaders, in that we can now proceed to show serious differences in a ''Them and Us'' contest that, by and large, will position us right in the middle of the game.

Figures can be banded about all day and night. But we know the reality, and obvious route required, to simply smash through these, and win arguments based not upon how many posh sounding words we can use, but by outlining faults in their use of words and silly figures. The government, media, and mainly foreign owned business leaders, will talk glowingly about the economy, growth, and the ''fact'' that we need immigrants, more borrowing, and to build more ''Affordable Homes'' whilst attracting investment into what Mrs Thatcher called ''Britain PLC''.

Nationalist housing policy, and related subjects, are easy to enthuse about, but what about common sense? Common sense dictates that we not only show their own figures up as pointless, along with long, drawn out rhetoric and ''Future Indicators'' used to soften up short term attitudes of the masses. Nationalist house building would be a fairly short term project, as families would be encouraged to enjoy their homes, and not use them necessarily as investments. Also, Nationalist policy would make sure the housing industry, along with commercial assets and projects, would be utilised to the full where older buildings, and brown field sites have a physical history on them.

With over 600,000 houses now left to rot in England alone, doesn't that make pure folly, of the ''we need 500,000 new homes to ensure we don't have a shortage as the population increases'' argument? To you and I, it does. The other 100,000 could be gleaned from old warehouse stock, the deportation of illegals, and the return of ''Garden City'' living spaces on former military bases... after all, we have no where near the required military personnel these days, whereby large scale housing is required. This would change over time under a Nationalist government, so a more sensible military housing complex would suffice with us in power. Almost 900,000 homes are unused across the whole of the United Kingdom, so the possibilities are fantastic for a sensible, and well funded government.

With banks facing a shortfall of £300 billion in their traditional funding revenues, credit will be scarce. And once again, only the wealthy will survive and prosper. However, as mentioned above, we are not really talking about now, or even what the banks and government are up to, in this article are we? No, we are talking Nationalism, and potential. So, let us predict what would happen, and in fact, joyfully do so, as we all know the banks will one day, along with big foreign businesses, completely disappear from our skylines forever. Funding will have to be from a reinvigorated British source... and that source will be ourselves, our own food production, and our own efficient, world-beating Eco-friendly ''Neo-Industrial Revolution''.

Prices are only important for those who value property as an investment. With both Labour and Conservatives offering nothing between them in terms of political intellect and policy, and the Lib/Dems simply jumping up and down trying to sound and look serious, it falls to us Nationalists to ''Tell It Like It Is''. We will stop the hunger for unworkable, and unrealistic property based ''greed and instability'', by doing two things:

1 - We will encourage traditional communities and family living.
2 - We will tax extremely highly, those, like former puppet Prime Minister, Tony Blair, who now has purchased his NINTH house. Admittedly, this is for his student daughter, but as a so-called Socialist politician, it is quite unacceptable and immoral. Those who purchase homes, and therefore wipe out localised opportunities for born and bred local folk, will not be allowed to do so. The ''Free Market Democratic Economy'' is a disgrace... and a British National Party government, would certainly ensure genuine ''equality'' would be put in place.

Let's not get carried away though. In a speech some time ago at a meeting in Wales, it was made very clear indeed that well before any BNP government was indeed installed democratically, there would the the ''Austrian Nationalist Syndrome'' to deal with. Those new to Nationalist politics should remember that when Austria democratically elected Jorg Haider's party in a coalition government, the ''EU collectively took the unprecedented step of imposing bilateral sanctions on their Austrian EU partner''. This will happen to us here in Britain, without a shadow of a doubt. So, we have to look sharp, stay focused, and realise we no longer live in a democratic world. In fact, it has already been spoken of that we live in ''The Post Democratic Era''. One of the policies we have to implement quickly, will be where we all live. this includes how we will live, land, people, housing, economy, and community, and are all part of the future development of British Nationalism. We will have severe sanctions placed at our door, so on the way to victory, we shall have no option but to actually live as though we were in power.

How? By promoting, and living by the standards we would expect under a Nationalist government. We must ensure our children are taught correctly, and traditionally. We ourselves, must pull in all silly expenses, and unnecessary purchases, and where possible, live, work, and socialise with other like minded people.

If this can be achieved, and we can stop petty arguments, annoyances, and at the very least, communicate with each other, and those less fortunate, then we stand a chance. Bricks and mortar will follow, and on top of that, the bricks and mortar will be our own, and our children will inherit a land fit for them. As we approach what many have seen up to yet, as ''the impossible dream'', the keys to No 10 Downing Street, we will have many problems, set backs, and even more attempts to destroy not only the party, but our literal selves, land, and industrial and rural landscape. We must be ready, and can only survive if enough of us are well placed in our communities. We must regain our land, homes, communities, and we must play the part of winners... and this can only happen if we act as though we already are.
